Information to Help You Keep Your Financial House in Order
With the Local 876 Retirement Service Center

When we began in 1982, we recognized that our top priority must be focused on helping our clients achieve their personal financial goals. Our main strategy then and now, is to educate and inform those who are interested in our services, so they can decide on their own whether they need our help.

This is the way most of you became our clients. We never adopted the hard-sale tactics that are common in the financial service industry. Instead, we have always used the Financial Lifestyle Analysis, a financial projections tool that we developed. This tool allows you to make investment decisions on the basis of well thought-out, long-term goals, not a sales pitch.

Using this philosophy, we have helped our clients make financial decisions that can withstand the ups and downs of the market. For more than 20 years, we have advocated the asset allocation process and the need for hands-on income planning. Unlike traditional brokers who generate their sales commission by frequently calling their clients to make recommendations about buying or selling, we design our clients' portfolios so that we can accommodate market shifts with only minor adjustments in the asset allocation.

Although this strategy works, it may sometimes lead clients to wrongly conclude that, since we have not called them, we are not watching their accounts. With a solid long-term strategy, there is no real need for constantly changing your investments. Those of you who have been long-time clients have seen the benefits of this approach.

Our goal is to provide you with everything you need to help secure your financial future. I encourage you to contact us whenever you need information or assistance with your investments or insurance needs.
