Local 876 maintains a specialized staff to service every membership need. Each department is target-trained and configured to service promptly with accuracy. All staff persons practice an open communication policy to guarantee member's voices are heard.

Executive Officers


Local 876 is managed by officers who are elected by the membership. President Roger Robinson oversees staff and all contractual, operative, financial and logistical decisions of the union, and is assisted by a Rick Blocker, secretary-treasurer and George Misko, recorder.

Officers are supported by union representatives, and several departments including accounting, membership records, public relations, community development, membership services and health and welfare.

 
 

Executive Board


The Executive Board meets every month to establish the local's agenda, conduct the union's business and authorize expenditures. The board works on the members' behalf making critical decisions under the guiding principle of doing what is best for current members and strengthening the local union for future generations. Business Representatives


The primary responsibility of the UFCW Local 876 business representatives who service the membership are instrumental in handling grievance filing, educating the membership to enforce contractual rights on the store level, and to communicate regularly with the store Stewards.

Community Services Representatives

October 10, 2011 - In order to provide better servicing, a Community Services Representative team was created to maintain regular communications with the membership by allowing business representatives to focus on contractual matters.

You can expect a visit from these team members to discuss upcoming union events and programs that are important to members and their families.
