The UFCW is currently seeking qualified
candidates for paid internships for an organizer and research
intern. Candidates must be registered and attending classes at an
accredited, four year college. Credit can be gained through this

876 Special Project Union Representative Program Expanding
Local 876
is expanding its Special Project Union Representatives (SPUR)
program, giving additional members the opportunity to receive SPUR
training and participate in worker outreach and community
development programs. SPUR assignments range from a few hours to
several months. SPUR's are paid lost time by the local for missed
work hours. If you are interested in learning more about this
