About Bill...
After graduating high school, Bill went to work for Kroger as a bagger and quickly moved up to "student clerk" before he left for the USMC.
Bill retuned to Kroger as a clerk/cashier, then moved to the Ann Arbor Kroger store where he worked for 10 years as a frozen food clerk, serving as steward and also on two bargaining committees.
His union involvement grew to an executive board position and soon after - a position as a business representative.
Bill is also a graduate of Control Data Institute and just recently completed the Labor Studies program at WSU.
