
Ed has a long history of meat cutting beginning with Wrigley and ending at Farmer Jack, equalling well over 30 years of union membership and service.
During this time, Ed served as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Amalgamated Meat Cutters, Local 539 and after a merger with Local 876, served on its meat division executive boards.
Ed joined 876 in 2009 and completed the Labor Studies program at WSU in 1978.
