Holidays: Designation of holidays: The following shall be considered as holidays:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, one paid birthday holiday and one paid floating holiday.
 
Hourly rated employees paid for 8 hours at regular rate for each holiday
Piece work employees paid at the rate of 25% of then-current weekly guarantee
for each holiday

Vacation Days:
Years of continuous service Vacation Weeks
one (1) year or more one (1) week
two (2) years or more two (2) weeks
Nine (9) years or more three (3) weeks
Fifteen (15) years or more four (4) weeks
Twenty (20) years or more five (5) weeks

In order to be eligible for vacation pay, employees must have worked at least one thousand (1,000) hours during their anniversary year. See Agreement, Article 8, Vacations, pages 9 - 10 for full eligibility requirements, including rates, replacements, and pro-rata terms and conditions.

Sick Days: Hourly rated employees and piece work employees shall receive five (5) paid sick leave days per year.
Hourly rated employees paid regular rate of pay
Piece work employees paid at the rate of one-fifth (1/5) of their then current weekly guarantee for each sick day.
