Holidays: The following shall be considered as holidays for seniority employees:
New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas day.

Holidays not worked: All full-time employees (not including probationary employees on the payroll),  shall be paid for eight (8) hours at their regular rate of pay, for each of the holidays set forth in Section 12.1 above, provided they are not on a disciplinary suspension (subject to the grievance procedure) and provided they report for work and work in full the last scheduled day before and the first scheduled day after the holiday, unless ordered no to report or excused from working on such day.

All full-time bargaining unit employees hall be allowed a vacation based upon continuous service with the company in accordance with the following schedule.

All seniority employees four (4) paid sick/annual days per calendar year, plus one (1) additional on the first day of every three month period three (3) personal days off with two (2) weeks notice to the company per calendar year
