Holidays:
|
The
following shall be considered as
holidays for seniority employees:
New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial
Day, July Fourth, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and
Christmas day.
Holidays not worked: All full-time
employees (not including probationary
employees on the payroll), shall
be paid for eight (8) hours at their
regular rate of pay, for each of the
holidays set forth in Section 12.1
above, provided they are not on a
disciplinary suspension (subject to the
grievance procedure) and provided they
report for work and work in full the
last scheduled day before and the first
scheduled day after the holiday, unless
ordered no to report or excused from
working on such day.
