Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Employees who work the scheduled day before and the scheduled day after each holiday, excepting Sundays, shall receive holiday pay consisting of eight (8) hours pay at straight time hourly rates for full time employees or four (4) hours holiday pay at the straight time hourly rate for part time employees.

Vacation Days: All employee vacations with pay are to be taken during the fiscal year beginning October 1 and ending September 30 of the following year, in the manner hereinafter provided:
 
Years of continuous service Vacation Weeks
Up to one (1) year no vacation
After one (1) year one (1) week vacation prorated based on the fiscal year end. Vacation days cannot be taken until the employee's one year anniversary date.
After two (2) years two (2) weeks
After eight (8) years three (3) weeks
After thirteen (13) years four (4) weeks
After twenty (20) years five (5) weeks

Excused Absence Allowance:

All employee excused absence allowance (absence for illness or personal business) with pay is to be taken based on the anniversary date in the manner hereinafter provided:

Service Time Excused absence allowance with pay
Up to one (1) year one (1) day excused absence allowed for each three full months.
After one (1) year five (5) days excused absence allowance per year.
