Holidays:
|
The following shall be considered as
holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July
Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and
Christmas Day.
Any full time seniority employee
required to work on any of the above
holidays shall be paid double (2) times
their rate for all hours worked on the
holiday. See Agreement, Article 5,
Holidays, pages 7 - 9, for full
eligibility requirements regarding the
forty (4) hour weekly guarantee and
calculations thereof. |

Vacation Days: |
All
employees hired prior to November
1, 2007, shall annually receive vacation
with pay as follows:

Sick / Personal Days: |
Six
(6) personal/sick days may be taken off,
five (5) with pay and the other one (1)
without compensation therefore.
