Holidays: The following shall be considered as holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Any full time seniority employee required to work on any of the above holidays shall be paid double (2) times their rate for all hours worked on the holiday.  See Agreement, Article 5, Holidays, pages 7 - 9, for full eligibility requirements regarding the forty (4) hour weekly guarantee and calculations thereof.
Vacation Days: All employees hired prior to November 1, 2007, shall annually receive vacation with pay as follows:
Years of continuous service Vacation Weeks
After one year continuous service one (1) week
After three (3) years continuous service two (2) weeks
After eight (8) years continuous service three (3) weeks
After fifteen (15) years continuous service four (4) weeks

All employees hired on or after November 1, 2007, shall annually receive vacation with pay as follows:
Years of continuous service Vacation Weeks
After one year continuous service one (1) week
After four (4) years continuous service two (2) weeks
After ten (10) years continuous service three (3) weeks

Sick / Personal Days:

Six (6) personal/sick days may be taken off, five (5) with pay and the other one (1) without compensation therefore.

Employees hired prior to 10/17/2004:

Service time Paid sick days
For every two (2) months of service one (1) day, up to six (6) days per year, five (5) days paid and one (1) unpaid
After one (1) year service six (6) paid days starting January 1

Employees hired after to 10/17/2004:

Service time paid sick days
for the first year of service three (3) paid/sick days
After one (1) year service an additional three (3) days until January 1 of the
following year.
