The
following days shall be recognized and
paid by the employer as holidays:
New Year's Day - January 1, Memorial Day
- Independence Day, July 4, Labor Day - First Monday in
September, Thanksgiving Day - Fourth
Thursday in November, Christmas Day -
December 25.
Eligible Associates,
after sixty (60) days of service, shall
receive holiday pay at their current
hourly straight-time rate based on the
average number of hours worked or paid
for per week (maximum forty (40) hours),
during the six (6) week period prior to
the week in which the holiday occurs,
according to the following schedule:

Vacation
