Holidays: The following days shall be recognized and paid by the employer as holidays:
New Year's Day - January 1, Memorial Day - Independence Day, July 4, Labor Day - First Monday in September, Thanksgiving Day - Fourth Thursday in November, Christmas Day - December 25.

Eligible Associates, after sixty (60) days of service, shall receive holiday pay at their current hourly straight-time rate based on the average number of hours worked or paid for per week (maximum forty (40) hours), during the six (6) week period prior to the week in which the holiday occurs, according to the following schedule:

15 - 16 3
17 - 19 4
20 - 24 5
25 - 29 6
30 - 31 7
32 hours or more 8

Vacation Days: Associates shall annually receive vacations with pay in the manner hereinafter provided:
Service Time Weeks of Vacation
less than one (1) year none
After one (1) year one (1) week with pay
After two (2) years two (2) weeks with pay
After seven (7) years three (3) weeks with pay
After thirteen (13) years four (4) weeks with pay
After eighteen (21) years five (5) weeks with pay

All full-time Associates hired or becoming part of the bargaining unit after ratification shall receive vacation in accordance with the vacation schedule, full-time Associates only, [full-time Associates who average thirty-five (35) hours per week for a twelve (12) week period] as follows:

after one (1) year of work one (1) week
after three (3) years of work two (2) weeks
after nine (9) years of work three (3) weeks
after eighteen (18) years of work four (4) weeks

Personal Days: All full-time Associates shall be eligible for the following personal days:

six (6) months of service one (1) day
twelve (12) months one(1) day
eighteen (18) months one (1) day
twenty-four (24) months three (3) days per anniversary year
seven (7) years one (1) additional day

Any part-time Associate hired prior to ratification shall be eligible for the following personal days:

twelve (12) months one (1) day
eighteen (18) months one (1) day
twenty-four (24) months one (1) day
thirty (30) months one (1) day
thirty-six (36) months three (3) personal holidays per anniversary year

All full-time and part-time associates hired after August 25, 2005 will receive personal days as follows: [for a total of 2 personal days each year after].
