Holidays:

Holiday
work shall be isolated and not be part
of the basic workweek. Holidays shall be
equally rotated with all bargaining unit
employees. The employer shall recognize
the following days as holidays:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day and
Christmas Day.
Work performed on a holiday as defined
above shall be paid at time and one-half
(1 1/2) the nurse's regular hourly rate
of pay. |

Paid Leave / ETO: |
Employees will accrue
paid leave on all hours paid up to 100
hours per pay period in 2007, 95 hours
per pay period in 2008, and 90 hours per
pay period in 2009.
Earned time off (ETO), [paid time
earned], on all hours worked is used for all time
taken off work, including but not
limited to absences because of vacation,
illness, personal days, holidays, and
leaves of absence.
