See Article 6  in the Agreement- Holidays, page 8 - 9 for full eligibility requirements and holidays not worked; holidays during vacation; excused absences; laid off employees and holidays and labor disputes.

Seniority dates on or after 4/26/1992 are entitled to vacation pay as follows:

Accumulated Seniority	Vacation pay Calculated by the ratio between number of days of seniority over 365 days.
1 year	one week
+ 1 years and < 2 years	receive that portion of one week ratio
+ 2 years and < 8 years	two weeks
+ 8 years and < 15 years	three weeks
+ 15 years	four weeks
+ 23 years and a seniority date before 04/26/92.	five weeks
