Sick/Personal
Days/PTO: |
Employees hired between January 1 and
June 30 will be eligible to earn up to
seven (7) sick/personal days in the
first year of employment and an eighth
day after 2 years of service.
Employees hired on or after July 1 will
be eligible for up to three and one half
(3.5) sick/personal days in the first
year of employment.
New employees will not be eligible to
use sick/personal days within the first
ninety (90) days of employment, and are
available for employees working at least
thirty-five (35) hours per week.
Personal days regenerate January 1 the
following year up to seven (7) days
accrued approximately one day for each
1.5 months worked. The company will
advance up to four (4) days, January
through July and three and one half days
(3.5) or four (4) whichever applies,
July through December.
