Christmas Day
and the day before Christmas (December 24th),
New Year's Day and the day before New Year's
(December 31st), Independence Day (July 4th),
Labor Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day,
Thanksgiving Day, and the Friday after
Thanksgiving day and Birthday.
The company will pay all employees, with
at least one hundred and eighty (180)
calendar days seniority, eight (8) hours
straight time pay.

Vacation Days: |
All vacations must be taken in
the year immediately following the year that
they were earned between January 1 and December
31. Vacations shall be earned hereunder for work
performed from January 1 through December 31 of
each year of the term of the agreement.
Employees who have been employed for 12 months
or more shall earn a vacation as follows:
Commencing January 1 in any one calendar year
and ending December 31 of that same year, an
employee must work a minimum of 1,200 hours and
be employed on December 31 of that
calendar year to be entitled to a full vacation.
Employees will be entitled to a prorated share
of his/her vacation if he/she is employed on
December 31 and has worked less than 1,200 hours
as follows:

vacation as defined in the above paragraph shall

| Scheduling
Time Off: |
Employees may schedule all of
their earned vacation as individual eight (8)
hour days off, with at least five (5) calendar
days advance notice. Employees must complete a
Vacation Request form and submit it to the Human
Resources Department in order to obtain approval
for days off.
